The Foundation has a broad mandate dedicated to empowering and uplifting communities through targeted initiatives in five key areas: Education, Sports, Culture, Community Development, and support for vulnerable populations, including people with disabilities, the elderly, and orphans.

With a strong background in management and entrepreneurial development, coupled with extensive work in faith-based and non-profit organizations, Mr. Mutendzwa is dedicated to exploring innovative solutions and giving hope and a future to distressed communities. His career highlights include successfully implementing turnaround strategies, initiating strategic plans for organizational restructuring, and spearheading community-based childcare initiatives. A published author and accomplished researcher, Mr. Mutendzwa's commitment to education, character building, and skills development aligns perfectly with the foundation's mission to transform lives.

Miss Nyasha Mudavanhu is a highly accomplished Health Policy and Financing Advocacy Specialist with 8 years of experience in the non-profit sector. As Vice Board Chairman for the Aaron Chinhara Foundation, she brings strong expertise in international, regional, and national advocacy, particularly in Gender Equality, Health Financing, Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), and Gender-Based Violence (GBV). Her professional background includes leadership roles in designing and implementing high-impact national SRHR advocacy efforts, monitoring policy trends, and building advocacy coalitions with diverse stakeholders. Miss Mudavanhu is also an expert in Monitoring, Evaluation, Advocacy Outcome Harvesting, and Data Analysis , ensuring data-driven strategies for the foundation's initiatives.

Mr. Chivhuna has a proven track record of implementing cost-cutting measures, improving efficiency, and enhancing corporate governance. Mr. Mangiza's diverse professional background includes experience as an examiner, lecturer, teacher, chaplain, and principal in various educational institutions. He has also held leadership positions within the Methodist Church in Zimbabwe, including Circuit Minister and Superintendent roles. His commitment to excellence and ability to adapt quickly to new environments make him a valuable asset to the foundation.

She served as the National Director of Matthew Rusike Children's Home from 2012-2017, where she developed and implemented strategic plans, oversaw operations, and pursued funding opportunities. Her volunteer work includes providing academic support to underprivileged children and serving as a Board Member for the Zimbabwe National Council of Welfare Organizations, contributing to national policies on child welfare. Rev. Mawire holds a Master of Divinity from Africa University and a Master of Arts in Applied Theological Studies, demonstrating her commitment to both theological understanding and practical application in community service.
